Day 01: Sunday, September 11th, 2022

Check-in at HORMUZ GRAND MUSCAT, A RADISSON COLLECTION

Enjoy your first night of the Annual Meeting with international dinner anddelicious Omani cuisine of our selection, along with live music from DJ and Omani music.

To experience the local culture, there will also be a folklore show from 10 Omani dancers.

Day 02: Monday, September 12th, 2022

After a long day of one2one meeting, we will have a nice dinner at Muscat Hills Resort, one of the best authentic Mediterranean restaurants in Oman, where you can enjoy the night with a distinctly unique culinary experience, on the next to the beach terrace.

Day 03: Tuesday, September 13th, 2022

On the 3rd day, we will be visiting Crowne Plaza to have a Gala Dinner, with various selections of international menu

Day 04: Wednesday, September 14th, 2022

LEISURE DAY AGENDA

Thursday, September 15th, 2022 (Optional)

Desert Night Camp

We will start at 10:30 in the morning and board the 4WD, drive southwards to the Hajar Mountain while enjoying beautiful and spectacular scenery along the way.

As we reach the Desert Night Camp, you will be served with a set lunch menu inside the camp.

Dune Drive and Sunset Watching

After enjoying lunch in the camp, we will continue our journey by driving to a vast mass of undulating red and white sea of sand dunes, which also host a variety of flora and fauna. The highlight of dune driving is ending with watching the sunset, and we drive back to Muscat in the evening to have dinner at Charm Thai restaurant.

2 Attendees in double shared room (4 nights) – EUR 1450 / person
Extra person / Spouse (not attending the EPN meetings) in shared room (4 nights) – EUR 900
